I purchased a brand new AR 15 with red dot site and magnifier from this vendor. My first trip to the range with my new Colt M&P 6920 Rifle Was a huge disappointment. Without firing a single shot I could not get the safety to release. I did all the checks including the charging handle with no luck. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. They looked at it and could find nothing wrong but the safety would not release. They offered no warranty and told me that I should just ship it back to colt or they would charge me for the repair. Horrible customer service. In the future I would just go to another shop.
