Damage Factory – Machine Gun Experiences

Horrible service from start to finish. Online order and used DF as FFL. Received email from online store that shipment had arrived at DF 7/22. Walked in to DF later that day and waited for some time before I asked if someone could help me. The gentlemen explained they would call when ready to pick up. I explained i had an email stating it was delivered, he said the would call once they are ready for me to pick up. On 7/29 I still had not received a call, so I went to DF. I was told then I would not have the required 3 day wait period to comply with current law and would now have to take the course required by new law effective 8/1. Essentially,I am penalized because I waited for them to call me to pick up. This could have been avoided if the gentleman had advised me to complete the background check so when they called I had no other barriers. He didn’t, poor customer service as not everyone knows all the rules in firearms industry. I did eventually get a phone call that it was ready to pick up though. The call came after I left DF 7/29. By then I already completed the return/refund request with the online store I originated the purchase with. Good thing they are not the only FFL in the area. Never spend your money where you are not a priority!

My son just graduated from high school, and we visited this place for the very first time.

Our instructor was Joe, who is a veteran and a former police firearms instructor. He was absolutely fantastic—extremely patient, highly professional, and provided excellent one-on-one guidance throughout the entire session. We are incredibly satisfied with Joe and the overall service provided by the shop. Highly recommend!

Just picked up the new Glock 17 Gen 6 from Damage Factory. I love this place. The guys are really knowledgeable and fun to talk to. They stock a lot of great new guns and seem to always have great deals on used guns as well.
