I highly recommend the concealed carry class they offer. It was thorough, friendly, and informative. The instructor, Austin Norcross, was a consummate professional. I scored a 100% on my live fire test in large part due to his instruction and coaching. Overall this is an excellent shop with experienced professionals. You can’t go wrong!

Actually the best gun shop in Denver. I went to four other places trying to figure out a mechanical issue with my gun and no one could figure it out and some asked me to check it in with their smith to charge me and dive into it deeper. Took it to Bighorn just before they closed and brother solved my issue in literally 10 seconds flat. Staff Is super knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t write many reviews on here but had to for them because they’re actually the best!

I rarely feel compelled to provide comments about retailers and their customer service. It might be because I am 73, a curmudgeon and really great customer service seems to be a thing if the past. have slipped over the years. Bighorn Firearms is an exception to that trend.
First, I am not a firearms expert or anything close to that. However, I have attended a number of NRA classes and managed to amass a fair amount of firearms over the years. But, 4 years ago I suffered a subdural hematoma and traumatic brain injury. Because of deep depression and the prescription drugs I was on, I thought it was best to get rid of all of my firearms.
Now, I am much better and have started rebuilding my firearms collection. Everything I have purchased to date I bought at Bighorn Firearms. They have an excellent inventory of in-stock guns that offers a strong selection of options. I worked with Evan and Marcus on two different occasions. They were both extremely competent, helpful, and offered good old-fashioned great customer service and attention. I was able to pick out the perfect items for me, despite not knowing in some cases exactly what I wanted. There was no hard sell, nor any gaps in their knowledge about firearms. They were beyond helpful and treated me with respect. Bighorn Firearms will be my store of choice for firearms in Denver. AAAAA+++++

Recently purchased a pistol from these guys. Went in as a first time buyer, the staff helped recommend pistols and ammo. Only thing is I purchased a smith&wesson w&p 2.0… thought i was getting the w&p 2.0 comp. But great gun and nice staff. Quick purchase as well. I just wish i knew it wasnt the comp 😏

Went in to start the process of getting my pistol and wanted to shout out Shannon who led me through the background check. He answered all of my questions with honesty and his opinions on them as well. He knew right from the start I was a first time buyer and treated me with respect and also was honest with me. Not only that he installed my pistol optics mount, I trusted his expertise and followed through.
Then after 3 days I came back to pick up my pistol and Ryan who not only helped me answer my questions through email, also answered all my questions as well. I will definitely be coming back to Big Horn for all my future questions and parts installment, 100% recommend to anyone.
